Are you still able to work and in what kind of conditions?
All employees of the Bongénie group in Switzerland are on short term unemployment benefits. There are only a few exceptions to this such as logistics / accounting / shop online resources.
I don’t fall into to the exceptions, so I am officially not working.

If you were forced to cease operating/close your shop, how are you preparing to get back into business?
As of March 17 all retail shops in Switzerland have been closed. The reopening is scheduled for Monday May 11. Following state regulations and guidelines, safety measures are being worked on as well as employees scheduling.

How, in your opinion, will your business change when we get back to a new sort of normality?
