Are you still able to work and in what kind of conditions?
We, in Romania, are still isolated, working from home. The stores are closed, we only sell online to our clients. Unfortunately, our merchandise is not the kind of goods that are essential. They are not at the top of Maslow’s Pyramid of needs.

How, in your opinion, will your business change when we get back to a new sort of normality?
We definitely will experience big losses of business, even after reopening - which, perhaps, will be about 50% down. On the other hand they say the domestic commerce will be less affected than the international one.
I am sure business will suffer a lot. As for sales, the big luxury brands will not suffer as much as us. For example: Hermès, in the very first day of reopening the flagship store in Ghuagzou registered a record 2.7 million in sales. But they are Hermès. What will happen is the strong brands will survive and the “overnight sensations” will die. the natural selection is imminent and necessary.

For sure these crazy times have one advantage: Creativity. Everyone is finding more and more creative ways to get beyond the situation and this is a good result from this crisis.

There is more to say but briefly we are living through hard times, For the sake of this beautiful field, we have to keep close to each other to support each other and in this way, we'll recover faster and implicitly….the business will reemerge:)
