During the lockdown, most of our activity has stopped. Only managed to do some consultation works via Skype, zoom, whereby...
All the training course has been cancelled. So, we focus on future planning and work on some small project which we haven't have time to do in the past.

If you were forced to cease operating/close your shop, how are you preparing to get back into business?
It will be hard for this year to get any brands to commission us to provide training courses to their trainers or beauty consultants. Most of the brands will focus on cost saving due to the pandemic.
We plan to run our own training course and master class. We will also try to explore new market segments.

How, in your opinion, will your business change when we get back to a new sort of normality?
We may need to develop an online training program, even though we know the efficiency will not be as good as face-to-face training. This may be a cost-effective option for some clients. It can save cost on travel and accommodations.
Collaboration with other brands and people will bring in new ideas.
We are working closely with our partners who have the same mission and vision. And we prepare and for 2021.
