Are you still able to work and in what kind of conditions?
Only at very slow pace. In some countries our customer are operating although the audience is signifcantly less; in our main markets we initiated the home office option for most of our employees.
Product development is still going ahead although we really miss traveling and face-to-face meetings.

How, in your opinion, will your business change when we get back to a new sort of normality?
I believe that we will need a fairly long time to come back to a sort of normality. After the health alarm we shall face a difficult economic situation as many sectors are in deep difficulties and many people are at risk to lose their jobs.
Each government of all the nations must give a viable and proper answer as to how they will cope and how they plan to come out of the crisis. This will have an impact on the world.
I believe that in the near future our business will be even more digital as many more people adopted this tool to remain in touch with their work, to reach their social contacts, to make purchases.
I hope that attention to sustainability will speed up as I hope that we learned the lesson: we need to care and invest for our planet.
